Sparkling Raspberry Lemonade

This is a very easy and deliciously fresh drink that is perfect for summer! Make one glass or a whole pitcher! I will be doing the recipe for one glass, but if you want a pitcher, use more than what I said.

Ingredients:

  • Frozen Raspberries (6)
  • Sparkling Lemonade OR normal lemonade+seltzer

Directions:

  • Pour the sparkling lemonade OR normal lemonade+lemon/plain seltzer into a glass.
  • Put 4 of the frozen raspberries into the glass.
  • Squish/break apart the other 2 raspberries with your fingers, over the glass, and put the squished raspberries into the glass.
  • With a spoon or a straw, well mix the raspberry lemonade until it changes color. (It should go from yellow to a peachy pink color, like in the photo of the one I made below)
  • There is no need for ice cubes, as the raspberries are frozen and act like ice!
  • Sit in the sun and enjoy!

I hope you enjoy on those hot summer days coming up!

Caramel White Hot Chocolate

This recipe is a little more difficult, but it is so delicious you won't regret it! White hot chocolate is amazing on its own, but add some caramel and you have an unforgettable winter treat.

That's it! No need for cocoa powder and saucepans and sugar and all that... I've made this hot cocoa for the little girls I babysit many times, and they love it! Not to mention I make myself some too...

Non-Yogurt Berry Smoothie

Smoothies have a great taste, and are so good for you! However, I just hate the taste of yogurt in them. I know there are many people out there who don't like yogurt in the slightest, and most smoothie recipes require yogurt in them. Well, here's one that doesn't!

BerriesWP.jpg (550×368)

Ingredients:

  • Blueberries
  • Strawberries
  • Raspberries
  • Blackberries
  • Milk
  • Crushed Ice
Directions:
  • Blend all the ingredients together.
  • Make sure that there is no big pieces of ice left, and it is crushed completely.
  • If you prefer not to have seeds in it, pour the blended smoothie through a small mesh strainer before you drink it.
  • Make sure that the strainer (if you choose to use it) has small enough mesh so that the seeds will get stuck in it and the rest of the smoothie will go through with no seeds.
  • The seeds have extra nutrients that are very healthy, but (like me) if you just can't drink a bunch of seeds, I recommend pouring it through the strainer.

Enjoy your delicious, healthy berry smoothie!

Starbucks Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino

I don't know anybody who doesn't like a good Starbucks Frappuccino. But they can be so expensive! Fortunately, I've figured out an amazing recipe that you can make at home in your blender. You most likely already have all of the ingredients at home!

The Perfect Keurig Mocha

Mocha is a mix of coffee and chocolate-perfect any time!
mocha.jpg (1600×1262)

If you have a Keurig coffee maker, or something like that, this recipe is for you! It is super easy, with only a few ingredients that everyone can make.

This is one of my all-time favorite warm drinks-and it's so simple! Here's the recipe:

Ingredients:

  • Hot chocolate mix package (I prefer swiss miss classic milk chocolate)
  • Coffee k-cup (I love hazelnut coffee in it)
  • Whip cream (optional)
  • chocolate sauce (optional)
Directions:
  • Make a cup of normal coffee in your keurig. If you don't want to drink the coffee, save it or make it for someone else to drink.
  • Keep the already used k-cup in the keurig.
  • Pour your hot chocolate mix into your mug and place it under the keurig.
  • Click the larger cup size (mine just has big and small)
  • Brew your leftover k-cup, so you get some coffee and some water in your mocha, so that it doesn't have too much coffee in it.
  • Once it finishes, mix your mocha so the hot chocolate mix fully disolves in it.
  • Top with whipped cream and chocolate sauce, if you desire (I love it simple and without this, but you can add it if you want to)

That's it! I hope you enjoy your easy keurig mocha.
