Ingredients:
- 6 ounces of white chocolate
- 3 cups of milk
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon of caramel syrup
Directions:
- Coarsely chop the white chocolate and put in a bowl.
- Put the milk and cream in a small saucepan over medium heat for about 4 minutes, until bubbles begin to form around the edges.
- Immediately pour this mixture over the white chocolate.
- When the chocolate begins to melt, stir to combine it.
- Whisk in vanilla.
- Continue to whisk until a light foam forms.
- Pour in the caramel syrup and stir until it is mixed in.
- Pour into a glass, top with whipped cream, and drizzle caramel syrup over the top.
